Who is Profitomate for?
Profitomate is built for local home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) that do great work but don’t collect reviews consistently.
How does this work?
We automatically ask your customers for Google reviews at the right moment after a job is completed. Once set up, the system runs in the background.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes 30–45 minutes on one onboarding call, depending on access to your Google Business Profile and customer list.
Do I need to do anything after setup?
No. After setup, the system runs automatically. You’re not logging in daily or managing campaigns.
How quickly will I start seeing reviews?
Many businesses see reviews within the first 7–14 days. Results depend on customer volume and whether we start with past-customer reactivation.
What counts as a review request?
A review request counts as one customer being invited to leave a review – regardless of how many reminders we send.
Your plan is based on how many customers you service per month, not how many messages are sent.
What happens if I go over my monthly request limit?
Nothing is shut off mid-month. If you consistently exceed your limit, we’ll recommend the right plan for your volume – no surprise charges.

Back in 2019, I wasn’t building software. I was working as a line cook at Tacofino Ocho, sweating through the dinner rush and clearing my head by the water in Stanley Park on my days off.
Working back-of-house showed me how exhausting 5-star service really is. But I also noticed that for many local owners, all that hard work often goes unnoticed online simply because they’re too busy to chase reviews.
I returned to Europe to specialize in data and process automation, but I wanted to build something useful for the city that treated me so well. I created Profitomate to bridge that gap – using smart systems to make sure your reputation finally reflects your hard work.
